Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is received. Shipping within Canada costs $13.90. However, we offer free shipping on orders over $79, with the exception of certain remote areas such as Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Northwest Territories.

Please note that we require a complete address and do not ship to PO Box Numbers.

We will provide customers with information on the shipping method and tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

Please refuse to accept a shipment if the package is damaged, torn, or visibly soiled. Take a picture, make a note with the carrier, and inform us by email at eternityleatherco@gmail.com.

Our objective is to ensure you receive the best customer service and are fully satisfied with your purchase. If we ever refuse or cancel an order, it is for a valid reason, and we will notify you immediately.
