Eternity Leather takes pride in stating that our products are crafted using the finest materials and accessories, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to return a product, please review our policy outlined below.
Returns Policy
- Returns are valid for orders shipped within Canada only.
- To be eligible for returns, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at eternityleatherco@gmail.com.
- As shipping is free for customers in Canada and is included in the cost paid by you, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded for any returns.
- If your ordered item is not picked up and is returned to us, it will be treated as a regular return, and all shipping costs will be deducted when processing the refund.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Please do not send the return to the manufacturer.
- We will notify you by email once the return is received, inspected, and approved for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
